CEO

Background: Daniel served in the Israeli Military for five years as a commander and leader of warfare in one of the most elite units of the Special Forces. He is currently pursuing a dual degree in Entrepreneurship & Business Management at IDC Herzliya & at Washington University in St. Louis.

Professional experience: Daniel gained experience in management at DuckFace Events which is one of the finest bar services for events in Israel. He also served as an executive assistant to the CEO in a big data startup and was part of a fundraising round of over $1M. Following that, he started his first business in Digital Marketing and assisted small companies to become more innovative, in order to increase their potential customer pool and revenue.

Team role: As CEO, Daniel focuses on fundraising and team building. In addition, he is in charge of obtaining legal coverage, communicating with vendors, working with the designers and animators, and selling the product to property management.

Max Gross

Product Manager

Background: Max graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S.E in Mechanical Engineering.

Professional experience: Max is a Systems Engineer at Boeing, currently serving as the lead of risk management, program execution, and operational excellence on the United States Air Force T-7A aircraft trainer program. Max integrates over 100 teammates across 10 different teams in engineering, finance, supply chain and logistics while managing daily coordination with his ranking counterparts in the military to ensure successful execution of critical tasks, resolve issues and mitigate risk, and ensure progress to plan. Max gained similar experience with the United States Navy when he worked as a Systems Engineer on the F/A-18 fighter jet program. In addition to this efforts at Boeing, Max has developed improved platforms that he has helped implement across the company, attributing to potential savings of over $1M. Prior to his engineering and consulting work at Boeing, Max played an important role in the production of the 2020 Camry while working at Toyota. The execution of his process improvement initiative on the Camry program led to a cycle time reduction of over 4 minutes and a cost reduction of over $12 per vehicle. His work led him to earning 1st place out of over 50 engineers in the annual Production Engineering Showcase. Max has also held internships at Lear Coorporation, Car and Driver, and a law firm in Detroit, Michigan and holds two professional certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Leadership and Model Based Systems Engineering. As an active member of his community, Max serves as the Boeing St. Louis Ambassador to the Red Cross, mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, and Lead of Outreach and Community Engagement with Ferguson-Florissant School District.

Team role: Max is the product manager for Dgit. His role is to lead development of the platform and ensure its seamless functionality. 

Alexia Aureal

Excecutive Coordinator

Background: Alexia is a final-year student, pursuing a Master in Banking, Finance and Insurance at Paris Dauphine University in France. She is an MBA exchange student at Olin Business School for the spring semester.

Professional experience:
Alexia has a huge experience in Banking and Consulting (internships include Bank of France in the Credit Rating Department, Deloitte in the Risk Advisory team and Debt & Treasury Advisory at Redbridge). At Redbridge Debt and Treasury Advisory, she has been in charge of providing support for multiple project rollouts. At Deloitte, she worked on multiple projects/clients for multinational banks, private banks and investment funds.

Team role:
Alexia is the executive coordinator (weekly meeting coordination, coordination with the designer) and helps on class material and Idea Bounce competition deliverables.

Itay Polak

Finance

Background: Itay has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from IDC Herzliya in Israel and is currently an exchange student at Washington University in St. Louis, pursuing a BBA in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations. 

Professional experience: Itay was a sales and crew manager at Xtag Technologies in Tel Aviv. Also worked at Israeli Hotel Association as assitant to CEO.

Team role: Itay is in charge of all the financial aspects of Dgit.

Pryce Yebesi

Research & Development

Background: Pryce is an engineer student specialized in computer science at Washington University in St. Louis. 

Professional experience: Pryce is an experienced coder and interned at Google during which he was a participant in product software spring, an invite-only coding program. He is also a teaching assistant in the WashU Computer Science Department and is an incoming intern in the Android development team of Facebook.

Team role: Pryce is in charge of Research and Development: overseeing the creation of the platform with outside design company, researching and developing the digital signage technology. He is also a web developer.

Background: Ella is a senior at Washington University in St. Louis studying Sociology with minors in History and Political Science.

Professional experience: Ella spent two summers interning in the information services department at the Cleveland Museum of Art during their relaunch of ArtLens Gallery, an innovative digital gallery. Ella also serves as a research assistant at the Center for Diversity and Inclusion at Washington University.

Team role: Ella is in charge of writing and editing content for Digt, including video pitches, reports and other media.

Background: Christian is a sophomore at Washington University in St. Louis and anticipates to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2022. 

Professional experience: Christian is currently working at the Spartan Light Metals Makerspace as a Makerspace Technician at WashU where he supervises students with makerspace projects and conducts maintenance on the equipment. 

Team role: Christian is in charge of the marketing research. He conducted multiple interviews with property managers in order to identify customer needs.

Professional experience: Boruch is buying and selling for many years now and is experienced in solving customers problems.
