Max Gross

Product Manager

Background: Max graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S.E in Mechanical Engineering.

Professional experience: Max is a Systems Engineer at Boeing, currently serving as the lead of risk management, program execution, and operational excellence on the United States Air Force T-7A aircraft trainer program. Max gained similar experience with the United States Navy when he worked as a Systems Engineer on the F/A-18 fighter jet program. Max has developed numerous platforms, tools, and processes that have been implemented across the company, attributing to potential savings of over $1M. Prior to his aerospace engineering and consulting work at Boeing, Max played an important role in the production of the 2020 Camry while working at Toyota. Max has also held internships at Lear Manufacturing, an automotive seat supplier, Car and Driver, and a local law firm in Detroit, Michigan. Max holds two professional certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Leadership and Model Based Systems Engineering. As an active member of his community, he serves as the Boeing St. Louis Ambassador to the Red Cross, mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, and Lead of Outreach and Community Engagement with Ferguson-Florissant School District.

Team role: Max is the product manager for Dgit. His role is to lead development of the platform and ensure its seamless functionality.
