Alivia Kaplan

Coordinator

Background:  Alivia is a California native and current student at Washington University in St. Louis pursuing a major in Economics and Strategy and a minor in Mandarin Chinese. 


Professional Experience: Alivia has previously interned for local St. Louis startup Generation Mindful, where she helped develop strategy for international product launches and managed the growth of Generation Mindful's marketing partnerships. Alivia has also worked for real estate company Mac Properties St. Louis, where she was responsible for developing the company's marketing initiatives and increasing their community engagement. In Alivia's most recent work as a project manager for the Olin Business School Center for Research in Economics and Strategy's small business task force, Alivia coordinated and managed multiple teams of student interns to provide consulting and industry analysis to local small businesses during the Covid pandemic. 

Team role: Alivia is responsible for team coordination and organization, as well as content creation. In addition,
she is taking an active part in building strategic partnerships, communicating with investors and
providing regularly updates and follow-ups.
